But in addition to that, it plays an important role in energy production, bone structure, and connective tissue synthesis.


Copper copper found in acai (copper content in 100 g of pulp: 0.2 mg, which represents 16% of the daily requirement) plays a role in cartilage health, bone mineralization, and neurotransmitter regulation.


It plays a beneficial role inimmunity and helps maintaining a healthy metabolism .

Our Récup’Sport Smoothie Recipe 

Check out our acai smoothie recipe, perfect for any type of exercise. This recipe is ideal after a workout. Itprovides your body with everything it needs to recharge.

For 4 people, you will need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 200 g of frozen acai pulp
  • 2 plain bifidus yogurts
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat germ flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of a mix of dried fruits (cranberries, goji berries, raisins, etc.) and nuts (pistachios, walnuts, almonds)

 

Here are the steps to make our smoothie:

To prepare the base:

  • Peel the fruit and cut it up before placing it in a blender.
  • Add the yogurt, acai, and wheat germ.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into bowls

Add toppings: 

Next, top it with a tablespoon of dried fruit (cranberries, goji berries, raisins, etc.) and nuts (pistachios, walnuts, almonds).
