Shipping Policy

We work with Chronopost Freeze, which maintains the cold chain from our warehouse to your home. Your order is delivered by hand, and the parcel is clearly marked "Frozen". No parcel is left on the doormat. If you're absent at the appointed time, the parcel returns to the warehouse and you receive an email and SMS to reschedule delivery. 

Here are the stages of delivery: 

1) As soon as your parcel is picked up from our warehouse, Chronopost sends you an email. If you do not open the email within one hour, you will receive an SMS. You can reschedule the delivery slot (2-hour slot between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.) or choose same-day delivery at a Chronopost branch (Chronopost must be informed before 11 a.m.). 

2) When your parcel is ready for delivery, you'll receive an email and a text message notifying you of a 1-hour delivery window. You can reschedule the delivery up to one hour before the driver arrives. 

3) If delivery fails, the parcel is returned to the warehouse and stored at the right temperature. You will receive an email and then a text message to reschedule delivery.
