A must-have in our range, this açaí purée is formulated with 10% organic guarana syrup (cane sugar + guarana extract).

Made from wild berries hand-harvested in the Amazon, this preparation combines the fruit’s natural creaminess with an energizing note of guarana.

Packaged in 100g sachets, it provides professionals with rigorous standardization of texture and organoleptic profile for reliable preparation of açaí bowls and smoothies.

Sourcing and traceability

100% açaí berries native to the state of Pará (Amazon, Brazil). 

Sourcing expertise: Our açaí is harvested exclusively by hand from the tops of palm trees. Through a direct partnership without intermediaries with certified organic local cooperatives, we guarantee complete traceability back to the harvest plot.
Storage and preservation

Store the product in its original packaging in the freezer (at -18°C). After thawing and opening, keep refrigerated (0°C to 4°C) and consume quickly (max. 3 days). Never refreeze a thawed product. Minimum durability period of 36 months from the date of manufacture.

Uses and applications
  • Açaí bowls: the frozen portion is placed directly into a professional blender for quick preparation.
  • Smoothies and antioxidant drinks : blend one portion with plant-based milk or juice for 30 seconds. 
  • Pastries and verrines: after thawing, the pulp can be used as a topping, mousse, or insert to enhance your desserts.
