    2. Acai and Chia Seed Cup

    Nossa Acai Chia Cup

    For 1 glass:

    For the base:

      For the chia mixture:

      • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
      • 20 cl of almond milk

        For the toppings:

        • Some fresh fruit
        • 10 grams of granola
        • 1 teaspoon of shredded coconut

Mix the almond milk and chia seeds in a medium-sized bowl. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so the chia seeds can swell and create a creamy texture.

For the acai blend, place half a frozen banana and a handful of raspberries in a blender. Blend everything together.

Spoon the chia mixture into the bottom of the glass. Top it with the acai mixture.

          Garnish with the toppings.

          3. Acai Pancakes

          Acai pancakes, wow!

          Makes 8 pancakes:

          • 150 grams of flour
          • 1 egg
          • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
          • 200 ml of milk
          • 1 teaspoon of yeast

          For the coulis:

          • 250 grams of mascarpone
          • one packet of thawed acai pulp

Crack an egg into a bowl, add a heaping tablespoon of sugar, and pour in a tablespoon of oil. Mix it all together.

In another bowl, mix 150g of flour with a generous teaspoon of baking powder. Add half of this mixture to the first bowl and mix well.

Slowly pour in 200 ml of milk while stirring, then gradually add the rest of the flour mixture.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter. Use a small ladle to pour the batter into the skillet, forming small circles.

When bubbles start to form, flip the pancakes and let them cook for about a minute on the other side.

            For the acai sauce:

Mix 250g of mascarpone with one serving of thawed pure acai pulp.
Depending on your taste, add a few spoonfuls of maple syrup.

Top it with a few thawed berries.
