Organic sweet acai pellets

I’ve been ordering from Nossa for several years now. I particularly enjoy the acai berries. It’s been a year already since the 250g bags of acai berries were discontinued, forcing me to buy them in 10kg quantities. It’s a financial and logistical burden, but it’s worth it. As usual... imagine my surprise when I received my order two days ago and discovered a different product; after thawing, the fruit pulp leaves a powdery texture and taste, unlike usual. The flavor is less rich and not as good. I don’t understand what’s going on. I had already noticed this change with my previous order, where I opted for the 250g blocks. I thought it might be the freezing method (in blocks rather than in slabs). The brand explained this taste to me by the absence of sugar, unlike the slabs, but even when I add the missing 10% sugar, the texture still feels strange in the mouth. I’m very disappointed. Not sure I’ll keep ordering...

I'm a big consumer of acai and I only use this product now, very good, practical and much less plastic waste.
All my smoothie and bowl recipes have acai in them!
